Position: QA/QCS ENGINEER

PURPOSE OF JOB
· To be responsible for the execution and quality of the work and arrange vendor inspections via inspection agencies.
· To ensure Company’s quality requirements are adequately addressed in QC plans of manufacturers and contractors, and identify applicable hold, witness, monitor and review points in line with commodity, criticality and historical performance.
· To monitor the implementation of contractors’ Local Rules and ensure COMPANY's Radiation Protection and Safety requirements are adequately addressed in contractors Radiation Operation and Safety Managements systems
· To lead and/or participate in quality audits to Company’s potential Contractor’s and vendors quality system and quality plans are in place and the contractual Quality requirements are complied with.
· Provide quality control surveillance during fabrication, installation and painting/coating activities on the Company contractors

REQUIREMENTS
Ø Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry in the engineering or inspection of pressurised equipment and structures.
Ø Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Group standards, welding, NDT, mechanical testing, inspection, and coating and painting techniques.
Ø Possess a strong leadership, good communication skills and must be able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.

Position: Cost Engineer

PURPOSE OF JOB
· To lead and support the cost engineering team in Major Projects and introduce the latest cost estimating tools and procedures including probabilistic methods in the Company.
· To provide and support level 1, 2, 3 and 4 estimating services to Frond End and Project Engineers, firm budget estimates and Company estimates for Tender evaluation purposes and cost related support during economic evaluations and project proposals.
· To coordinate with relevant project teams for Life Cycle Costs estimates.
· To provide uncertainties and risk assessments/analysis of project cost: market/price trends etc.
· To develop cost models, estimating methodologies, latest cost technology and tools.
· To coach and enhance the technical competence and skills of direct hires particularly graduates and support/ensure progress of personal development of staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Ø Degree in science, engineering or quantity surveying with at least 7 years relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
Ø Possess an in depth knowledge in cost estimating/engineering and project management awareness.
Ø Possess a well-developed interpersonal skills and able to wok independently, proactively and self-motivated.
